We all need to drop by the oasis from time to time. That’s where you gather your strength, rest and reflect, and replenish yourself.
Because no matter how strong or determined you are, if you are out of synch and out of balance, you simply can’t be your best self. If you don’t rest appropriately, everything starts to break down. Failure to rest takes its toll on your work, health, and personal relationships.
Rest is valuable.
Take time to unplug, sleep, play, and reconnect. Replenish your mind and body, heart and spirit.
I’d like to invite you to join me for a week of deep rest.
During Memorial Day week, Saturday May 24 thru Friday May 30, I will be teaching InnerYoga and Savor Meditation at Montpelier on the island of Nevis, just next to Saint Kitts in the West Indies.
You can come for the entire week, or just a few days. It’s up to you.
Every morning, you’ll begin your day with a gentle InnerYoga class designed to unwind, inspire, and awaken your body and mind. And every afternoon we’ll practice a Savor Meditation, to brighten your awareness and guide you to open more fully to the beauty of the present moment.
You’ll cultivate more self-compassion and kindness, and allow for your inherent happiness to surface. You’ll gain insights and skills that will help you find this state of calm confidence whenever you need it. You’ll become a better friend and ally to yourself.
And here’s the deal:
You get to take class and work with me for free.
But only if you’re willing to take the time and effort to meet me on this beautiful island.
Nevis is just 6×6 miles and there are no direct flights. You will have to fly to Saint Kitts (airport code: SKB) and then take a boat.
The payoff is serenity, beauty, and time to unwind and reconnect with what matters most: your deepest self, and the insight of how to be fully alive. If you’re willing to make the journey, I’m willing to meet you there and give you everything I’ve got.
Montpelier is a member of Relais & Châteaux, and has appeared in Architectural Digest, Condé Nast Traveler, and British GQ. It is a chic, luxurious, family-owned boutique resort (there are only 19 rooms). I’m really happy to be partnering with them, and would love to see you there.
Here’s a link to make your reservation.
