There are lots of ways to meditate.

A lot of people feel overwhelmed or struggle with getting started.

I’ve taken the basic recipe that worked for me, that I’ve successfully taught to others, and created a program that will guide you through the first steps to building your personal daily practice.

All it takes is 5 mindful minutes, once a day, for five days.

Let’s get started!

1.  Listen to this 5-min meditation (it’s also free to download)

2.  Write down one word about your experience. It can be anything: relaxed. . . bored. . . distracted. . . sleepy. . . happy. . . hungry. . . If you’re feeling inspired, write a sentence or two about your experience as well.

3.  Repeat!  Do this once a day for five days.

At the end, you will have meditated 5 minutes for 5 days, and will have 5 words.  You will also have some momentum going, yay!  What insights will you gain along the way?  What words will be revealed to you?
